Pianist John Burke, a 2011 Oglethorpe University alumnus, was nominated for a 2017 Grammy Award in the category of Best New Age Album for his newest work, “Orogen“.
Before he travels to the 59th Annual Grammy® Awards, hear John perform his critically-acclaimed works in an intimate performance at the Oglethorpe University Museum of Art.
A reception in the Weltner Library Atrium will follow.
Proceeds from the concert will benefit the museum and the Oglethorpe Music Scholarship, which helped John during his studies at Oglethorpe.
